General PurposeLeads, controls and continuously improves financial performance for a complex business entity requiring seniority. Member of entity management team. Main Responsibility AreaResponsible for business results specifically through making recommendations on strategic scenarios and participating in the strategy process in respective area. Leads the preparation of new business plans and participates in upper-level management decision to proceednot proceed. Manages and controls financial correctness of external contracts and relations. Manages and is responsible for highlighting financial variations to provide early warning to management. Initiates and leads continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes, systems and training in global F&C areas and is responsible for compliance of internal controls and relevant policies. ScopeIndividual Contributor Independently carrying out consulting, specific functional work within a Business UnitGeography. Assumes broad perspective. Resolves unique and highly complex problems within own discipline. Makes decisions about own andor project work using known solutions as basis. ManagerEffective management of resources and developmentimplementation of plans and processes. Interprets policies and establishes procedures. Specific responsibilities:
· Accessory pricing (pricing development & processstrategy, combo, portfolio, lifecycle. Solution and T&C in accordance with Nokia & unit strategy for sell-out and retail margins)
·Competitor analysis + market analysis for pricing purposes (including MPM linkage)
· Special pricing, LNSP and LE Guidance
· Participate as key driver to Gear Trapla & EOL process with the gross margin hat
· Sales analysis weekly and monthly to support the business
