Manages and is responsible for highlighting financial variations to provide early warning to management. Initiates and leads continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes, systems and training in global F&C areas and is responsible for compliance of internal controls and relevant policies. Specific responsibilities:

· Accessory pricing (pricing development & processstrategy, combo, portfolio, lifecycle. Solution and T&C in accordance with Nokia & unit strategy for sell-out and retail margins)

·Competitor analysis + market analysis for pricing purposes (including MPM linkage)

· Special pricing, LNSP and LE Guidance

· Participate as key driver to Gear Trapla & EOL process with the gross margin hat

· Sales analysis weekly and monthly to support the business
