电子工程、电信或射频领域或其他相关专业的硕士博士学位

8 年以上手机行业工作经验，主要工作内容为 GSMTD-SCDMA 天线设计和 OTA 标准

在所属领域经验丰富，完全胜任。与他人共享自己的专业知识，为他人提供指导和支持。能够独立完成任务或者只需极少的指导即可完成

Main Responsibility Areas Key Tasks

HeShe has the responsibility for specifying, planning, reporting, designing, reviewing in hisher project area. Uses deep expertise in own work. Solves complex engineering problems in many technology areas. Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems. Undertakes technical training responsibilities. Innovative and proactive in contributing ideas, solving problems and defining project contents. Participates in, and contributes to, reviews and audits of tasksprojectsprograms. Gives input to influence the development of hisher technology area locally and globally. Translates current and future customerend user expectations to products and solutions. Contributes towards competence development, knowledge sharing and coaching and mentoring within hisher technology area.

MScPhD. in Electronic Engineering, telecommunication or other relevant field in RF areas.

Over 8 years of mobile phone industry experience with focus on GSMTD-SCDMA antenna design and OTA standards

Experienced fully competent in own area. Shares own expertise with others, provides guidance and support to others. Completes own role independently or with minimal guidance.
